Individual Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Many of the individuals I work with are having difficulties in their relationships, navigating big transitions, or coping with feelings of overwhelm. Often, they find themselves caught in frustrating patterns, second-guessing their decisions, or feeling unsure of how to create the lives they want for themselves.
I’m especially passionate about working with people navigating dating and relationships or periods of meaningful change, like career shifts, engagements, moving, marriage, or growing their families. These transitions can bring up questions about who you are, what you want, and how you want to live. Therapy can be a place to explore those questions, better understand yourself and find peace.
Therapy offers a space to gain clarity, prioritize your wellbeing, and move forward with intention.
All sessions are conducted through an easy to use, HIPAA compliant telehealth system, so we can meet from the comfort of your home. Please note that you must live in California for us to work together.
Accessibility & Convenience
Life is busy, and fitting therapy into an already full schedule can be challenging. To help make therapy more accessible, I offer evening and weekend appointments.

I believe meaningful change happens when can make sense of our experiences, and compassionately explore the patterns shaping our lives. I work with my clients to build insight while incorporating practical tools for lasting change.
My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I’m active in sessions and truly love the therapeutic relationships I get to build with clients! While we’ll probably have heavy moments, I believe therapy can be fun and light at times, too. I want my clients to feel safe showing up authentically, and I believe that starts with me doing the same. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling a little more understood, a little more hopeful, and a little more ready to handle whatever life brings.
