Individual Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves in some way. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Often, they find themselves caught in frustrating patterns, second-guessing their decisions, putting others' needs before their own, or feeling unsure of how to create the changes they want in their lives.

I especially enjoy working with people who are navigating seasons of growth and transition. They may be building careers, dating, deepening commitments, starting families, or exploring who they want to be and how they want to live. Many feel pulled between caring for others and honoring their own needs, maintaining meaningful relationships while staying true to themselves, or managing outward success while feeling overwhelmed on the inside.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, and better understand the patterns shaping your experiences. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and confident as you move forward with greater intention.

Accessibility & Convenience

All sessions are conducted through an easy to use, HIPAA compliant telehealth system, so we can meet from the comfort of your home. Please note that you must live in California for us to work together.

Life is busy, and fitting therapy into an already full schedule can be challenging. To help make therapy more accessible, I offer evening and weekend appointments.

  • Many of the people I work with find themselves:

    • Feeling anxious, stressed, or emotionally overwhelmed

    • Struggling with self-doubt or low self-worth

    • Having difficulty setting boundaries

    • Feeling disconnected from themselves or others

    • Navigating relationship challenges or dating concerns

    • Adjusting to life transitions, career changes, or new responsibilities

    • Wanting to better understand recurring patterns in their lives and relationships

  • Therapy isn't about becoming a different person. It's about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and creating more choice in how you respond to life's challenges.

    Together, we can work toward:

    • Feeling more confident in yourself and your decisions

    • Managing anxiety and stress more effectively

    • Building healthier boundaries

    • Strengthening relationships

    • Understanding and changing patterns that no longer serve you

    • Increasing self-compassion and emotional awareness

    • Creating a life that feels more aligned with your values

  • My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe many of the struggles people experience make sense when viewed in the context of their relationships, experiences, and the stories they've come to believe about themselves.

Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and flexibility in how you respond to life's challenges. I draw from Narrative Therapy, attachment-based perspectives, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support meaningful and lasting change.

Rather than focusing on what's "wrong," we'll work to better understand your experiences and identify new possibilities for moving forward.

  • I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels supportive while also helping you work toward the changes you want to make.

Our work may include exploring current challenges, understanding relationship patterns, identifying strengths, processing difficult emotions, and developing practical tools to help you navigate daily life with greater confidence and clarity.
