Frequently Asked Questions

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form or schedule a free 15-minute consultation call through my client portal. If we both feel we’re a good fit, we’ll move forward with our first session.

  • First sessions can be intimidating, even for those who have been in therapy before! We can move as fast or slow as you need. We’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask some guiding questions and provide you an opportunity to share anything that feels important, or ask any questions you have.

  • Individual sessions: $175

    Couples sessions: $200

  • I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee appointments based on financial need and availability. Please reach out if this is something you need.

  • I do not currently accept insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement. Please let me know if you have questions about this!

  • Lots of people feel hesitant about telehealth at first, which is understandable! In my experience, most clients feel just as connected and supported through the screen. Many actually prefer it for the convenience after the initial adjustment. My advice is to try it for a session or two. If it still feels hard, we can discuss that and plan next steps together.

  • Sessions range from 45-55 minutes. Some clients request longer or shorter sessions. If this comes up, we’ll talk about it together and figure out a plan that works.

  • My clients often describe me as authentic, approachable, and engaged. I believe therapy is rooted in genuine connection. We'll likely talk about some difficult things, but we'll probably laugh together, too. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself while we work through whatever has brought you here.
