Therapy for adults & couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed—and want lasting change.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling caught in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help you create a stronger relationship with yourself and the people you care about.

I’m glad you’re here.

Taking the first step to start or return to therapy can feel intimidating and vulnerable, but it also reflects courage. The fact that you're here suggests there's something in your life that matters enough to be curious about, care for, or work toward. Maybe it's a relationship, a sense of peace, a hope for change, or simply a desire to understand yourself more fully. Whatever brings you here, I’m honored you're considering taking that step together.

Understanding the Patterns Beneath the Struggle

You may find yourself...

  • Overthinking conversations long after they've ended

  • Feeling disconnected from your partner despite caring deeply about them

  • Repeating the same argument without finding resolution

  • Struggling to communicate your needs clearly

  • Feeling stuck between where you are and where you want to be

Often, these struggles aren't random. They are part of patterns that developed over time and made sense at one point—but may no longer be serving you.

Many of us learn ways of coping and relating that help us get through difficult experiences, relationships, or seasons of life. They often serve a purpose by helping us adapt or protect ourselves, but over time, can start to feel limiting or even harmful. They show up as anxiety, disconnection, or a sense of being stuck. In therapy, I help people understand these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, creating space to explore what’s underneath them and what might be possible instead.

My Approach

I believe meaningful change happens when we slow down, make sense of our experiences, and understand the patterns shaping our lives and relationships.

My work is grounded in Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together, we'll explore the emotions, experiences, and stories that influence how you relate to yourself and others while building practical tools for creating lasting change.

My style is collaborative, curious, and nonjudgmental. Rather than focusing on what's "wrong," we'll work to understand what makes sense about your experiences and how to move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
